Camden Youth Dance Festival is an annual celebration of dance by young people across Camden. School and community dance groups are invited to take part.

Part of the national Let’s Dance campaign, the Camden Youth Dance Festival invites children and young people from schools and community groups across the borough to showcase their talent on stage in front of an audience of friends and family.

Apply to take part before 6pm on Friday 12 December and celebrate the joys of dancing together – making friends, making moves and making memories. The festival takes place on Friday 6 March 2026 at The Place, 17 Duke's Road, London WC1H 9PY.

The event is supported by the Jackie Charlton Fund via Camden Sports Council. One school group will also be nominated to perform at a celebration event hosted by the Camden Council Sport and Physical Activity Team in July 2026. 

Groups must be Camden-based and dancers must be aged 11 to 18. Pieces can be up to seven minutes long, with no more than 25 dancers per group.
