Young people's mental health - Camden Youth Council launches survey

Camden's Youth MPs and Deputy Youth MPs, who are also members of Camden Youth Council

Camden Youth Council want to find out more about the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people in Camden, as well as local mental health services and support that young people rely on.

If you're aged 12 to 19 - or aged up to 25 with a special educational need or disability - and live or go to school in Camden, then this survey is for you. It is anonymous and confidential. If you wish, you can be entered into a prize draw to win £20. There's also an easy-read version of the survey here.

Camden Youth Council will use the results from their survey to campaign and lobby Camden Council, schools and others for any changes in mental health and support that young people in the borough want to see.

The results of the survey, which is open until 28 April, are also due to be discussed at Camden Youth Council's annual Shout Out event on 2 May, which is attended by young people from across the borough and Council decision-makers, including senior officers and local politicians.
