World Mental Health Day - 10 October 2022

Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. If you're not feeling emotionally well, there are lots of ways to find help and support.

Kooth offers free, safe and anonymous online wellbeing and mental health support for young people aged 11 to 18. You can sign up now for confidential support through a text-based conversation with a qualified counsellor. You can also join regular online forums and discussion boards with other young people, read articles written by young people and contribute your own article or short story. Kooth also has fun and easy-to-use tools to enable you to track your moods - what makes you feel relaxed, happy, stressed or upset - and set personal goals.

The Hive Camden is a free mental health and wellbeing service that supports all young people aged 16 to 24 in Camden. Find support with your mental health, personal development, health and wellbeing, sexual health, employment and education and substance misuse.

Brandon Centre is a place for young people aged 16 to 24 to get help with personal problems from people who are professionally trained. The counselling and psychotherapy service is free and confidential if you live in Camden or Islington. You can refer yourself by telephoning, emailing or dropping into the centre. Alternatively, you can be referred by someone else, such as your GP.

Camden Children and Young People's Mental Health Service (Open Minded) supports the emotional health and wellbeing of children, young people and their families in Camden.
