Free, safe and anonymous wellbeing & mental health support in holiday

Kooth offers free, safe and anonymous online wellbeing and mental health support for 11 to 18-year-olds through a text-based conversation with a qualified counsellor. 

Their team are available to chat over the holiday period - see dates / times below:

  • Thursday 23 December 2021: 12noon to 10pm
  • Christmas Eve (Friday, 24 December): 12noon to 8pm
  • Christmas Day (Saturday, 25 December): 4pm to 8pm
  • Boxing Day (Sunday, 26 December): 6pm to 10pm
  • Monday, 27 December: 4pm to 8pm
  • Tuesday, 28 December: 4pm to 8pm
  • Wednesday, 29 December: 12noon to 10pm
  • Thursday, 30 December: 12noon to 10pm
  • New Year's Eve (Friday, 31 December): 12noon to 6pm
  • New Year's Day (Saturday, 1 January 2022): 4pm to 8pm
  • Sunday, 2 January 2022: 6pm to 10pm
  • Monday, 3 January 2022: 4pm to 8pm.
