The Young Traders Market is an opportunity for young adults aged 16 to 30 to open their own stall and take part in a competition - with the possibility of winning a trophy, £500 cash and a Multipay mobile credit card terminal.
Their products can range from crafts, jewellery, clothing, hot and cold food to flowers. It’s free to trade, and they will be supplied with a stall, a pitch and support along the way.
Competition information
Traders will be judged across four categories — food and drink, arts and crafts, groceries and general retail. Young traders will need to choose one of the following market sites to take part in one of the heats:
The winner from these heats will go to the Hackney South East Regional Final on Sunday 16 July. The finals will be held at the magnificent Waterside outdoor market in Stratford-upon-Avon on Friday 26 and Saturday 27 August.
