Ordering a key or fob
Keys or fobs for communal access areas can only be ordered by the registered tenant or leaseholder and will be posted to the registered address.
To order a communal access key/fob or a replacement, please telephone Contact Camden on 020 7974 4444 using option 5 and then option 5 again to speak to a member of our team to place an order. Our opening hours are 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday excluding bank holidays.
Replacement cost
- £11.70 for first class delivery - we will not reimburse any loss incurred for non-receipt
- £12.50 for recorded delivery
- £13.00 for collection from Camden offices
