LaSWAP Sixth Form and Camden Council's Sport and Physical Activity Team are now recruiting students for this year's programme, starting in September.
The Sports Education and Training Programme is an amazing opportunity for young people aged 16 to 19 who want a career in sport and physical activity.
Within the one-year programme, students can gain nationally-recognised qualifications, including a Level 2 NVQ Certificate of Activity Leadership and a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Development.
Many students who complete the programme move on to find paid work as sports coaches, play workers, fitness instructors and teaching assistants. Others go on to more in-depth courses at university.
If you want to find out more or know of a young person aged 16 to 19 who may be interested in sport and physical activity, working with other young people and securing paid work within the sports, play and education sector, please fill in our simple online form or contact the team (details below) for more information and how to apply before the deadline of 30 July 2021.
