Free online mental health and wellbeing support over holiday period

This time last year, we had no idea what 2020 was going to bring and, for some young people, Christmas 2020 is going to be even more difficult than usual.

That's why Kooth is available for young people in Camden aged 11 to 18 over the festive season, including  Christmas and the New Year.

Kooth is a free online counselling and emotional wellbeing support service for children and young people, which you can access via a mobile phone, laptop or tablet.

You can sign up yourself for free, safe and anonymous online mental health and wellbeing support - so you don't need a GP or any other adult to refer you.

The online support is provided by qualified counsellors and emotional wellbeing professionals.

As well as this counselling, there are other online tools and features you can use, such as a daily journal, mini activities, Kooth's magazine and discussion boards for young people to start a conversation on a range of topics with each other. All of these are safe, secure and suitable for your age group.

When Kooth is available:

  • Online support tools and features (such as the daily journal and mini-activities) are available at any time, 365 days a year (including Christmas Day)
