We have recycling leaflets, posters, stickers and magnets to help the people in your home know what to put in recycling bins, bags or boxes. 

Recycling leaflets 

Our 2025/26 service leaflets for houses and estates were delivered in April 2025.

You can download a copy of:

• a recycling and rubbish services leaflet for houses and houses divided up into flats

• a recycling and rubbish services leaflet for estates and blocks of flats

We deliver clear recycling bags, orange rubbish bags and service leaflets to flats above shops every six months. The last delivery was in April 2025.

Houses, and flats above shops, have specific bin collection days.

Check your collection day 

Some houses have their rubbish collected every two weeks. You can contact Veolia to request a leaflet with your collection calendar or download a diary reminder on your properties service page. Enter your address and then select "Add to my calendar".
